From Faith to Business: The Inspiring Story of Greg’s Roofing & Contracting LLC

At Greg’s Roofing & Contracting LLC, we believe that every roof tells a story. Our own story began not in a boardroom or a construction site, but in the heart of our community—our church. ⛪️ This is the tale of how Kim Garcia and Gregorio turned a crisis into an opportunity to serve, leading to the creation of our family-owned roofing business.

The Beginning: A Church in Need

In March 2023, our community faced a devastating tornado 🌪️ that left many homes and buildings, including our beloved church 🏠 ⛪️, severely damaged. A month later, a hailstorm 🌨️ compounded the destruction, causing extensive damage to the church’s roof and siding. The church needed to get repairs completed timely so as to not cause further damage.

Stepping Up: An Act of Faith

They approached the pastor and his wife, offering to handle the repairs themselves. They were there in the 100-degree + weather with their crew to make sure things went smoothly and the crew stayed well. They believe in not just taking care of the customers, but the crew’s safety as well.

This act of generosity was not just about fixing a building; it was about standing up for our community 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 and ensuring that our church received the care it deserved. By cutting out the middleman, Kim and Gregorio saved the church significant money and ensured the work was done with integrity and dedication 🔨🔧.

The Birth of a Business

What began as a heartfelt gesture quickly grew into something more. Word spread within the congregation about the quality of work and the fairness shown by Kim and Gregorio. Soon, members of the church who had also been affected by the storms began reaching out for help with their own homes. 🏡 The demand for their services grew, and before long, Greg’s Roofing & Contracting LLC was born.

To share our story and showcase our work, we partnered with Doug Garman from DCG Drone Solutions. Doug, an FAA-certified drone pilot, used his expertise to capture high-quality footage 📹 of the church’s transformation. His drone footage provides a unique perspective on the scale and quality of our work, highlighting the meticulous care and craftsmanship we bring to every project.
